Notice:
A confirmation email for your registration will be sent within 1~4 business days after the registration is complete.
Team Notice:

Each team should have 4~6 students

Each student needs to pay ₩30,000 for regular registration

Each student needs to pay ₩40,000 for late registration
-
If your team registers during the regular registration period but does not submit the registration fee, your team will either incur a late registration fee or be ineligible to participate.

1. Is it possible to get the participation fee waived? | 참가비 면제를 받을 수 있나요?

To make KYIC accessible for every student, KYIC offers fee waivers to both domestic and foreign students who are in need of financial assistance. Students or teams can email admin@koreayic.org for further inquiry.

모든 학생들이 KYIC에 참가할 수 있도록 하기 위해, KYIC는 재정적인 도움이 필요한 국내및 외국인 학생들의 참가비를 면제해드립니다. 참가비 면제를 원하는 학생이나 팀은 admin@koreayic.org으로 이메일을 문의해주세요.
2. Can students from different schools form a team? | 다른 학교 학생들끼리 팀을 만들어 참가할 수 있나요?

Yes, students from different schools can form teams.

학교가 달라도 팀을 만들어 참가할 수 있습니다.
3. Can students enrolled in alternative schools/homeschooled/outside of schools/etc participate? | 대안학교, 비인가 학교, 홈스쿨링이나 학교 밖 학생들도 참가할수 있나요?

As long as students are not enrolled in educational institutions that offer post-secondary teaching, all students can participate in KYIC.

고등 교육(대학, 대학원 등) 과정을 이수하고 있지 않는 모든 학생들은 KYIC에 참여할수 있습니다.
4. I am under/over the age guideline (14~18). Can I still participate? | 14세 미만/18세 초과인 학생도 참가할수 있나요?

For students over the age limit, the same rule from #3 applies. As long as the student is not enrolled in a post-secondary institution, he/she can participate. For underage students who wish to participate in KYIC, please email admin@koreayic.org.

고등 교육 과정을 이수하고 있지 않는 한 18세 초과 학생도 참가할수 있습니다. 14세 미만 학생이지만 KYIC에 참여하고 싶은 팀은 admin@koreayic.org으로 이메일을 보내주세요.
